If you're celebrating, we’re your go-to team!


We serve Toronto and the GTA, including Mississauga, Vaughan, Brampton, Markham, Richmond Hill, and surrounding areas. If you're just outside the GTA, send us a message — we might still be able to accommodate.


We recommend booking 2–4 weeks in advance, especially for events during peak seasons (spring/summer and holidays). Last-minute inquiries are welcome and fulfilled based on availability.


Our standard booth rentals include:

Yes — all our services include trained attendants to ensure everything runs smoothly, guests are engaged, and equipment is handled professionally.


We typically arrive 1 to 2 hours before the event start time to ensure everything is fully set up and tested before guests arrive.


No, setup and teardown are included in all of our packages. There are no hidden fees — everything is clearly outlined before booking.


Each booth or station requires different space, but here’s a general guide:

  • Photo Booth: 8' x 8' area
  • 360 Booth: 10' x 10' (open space required)
  • Espresso or Dessert Booth: 6' x 6' (plus room for guest flow)
    Let us know your venue details and we’ll confirm the ideal setup.


Wi-Fi is recommended for instant sharing of photos and videos, but not required. If Wi-Fi isn’t available, we’ll queue and send files once connected to the internet post-event.


Yes! We bring professional-grade lighting to ensure high-quality photos and videos, even in low-light or dimly lit venues.


Absolutely! We’ll design a custom overlay that matches your theme, colors, and branding. You can also choose your backdrop and props for a cohesive look.


Within 48 hours after your event, we’ll send you a link to your private online gallery, where you can view, download, and share all your photos or videos.


A 30% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your event.


Delivery is included for most locations within the GTA. A small travel fee may apply for events outside our standard service area — we’ll let you know upfront during booking.


We accept:

  • Credit/debit cards
  • E-transfer
  • Business payments (for corporate events)
    Invoices are provided for all bookings.


Yes. We carry full commercial liability insurance. If your venue requires a certificate of insurance (COI), we’ll provide it upon request.


Yes, you can make changes (like switching booths or adjusting the time) up to 2 weeks before the event, based on availability. Just email or call us to update your booking.


Our standard rental packages are 3 hours, but we offer flexible durations from 2 to 6+ hours. Let us know your schedule and we’ll tailor a package to suit your timeline.


Yes! If you’d like to keep the booth longer, just ask our attendant. Additional time is billed hourly and can be added on-site (subject to schedule availability).


Yes! We offer full corporate branding — from digital overlays and backdrop printing to full booth wraps and branded emails. Great for product launches and trade shows.


Definitely. We offer a wide variety of seasonal, themed, and custom props/backdrops. Just tell us your theme — from elegant weddings to retro ‘90s nights — and we’ll make it happen.


You can book a single service (like just a photo booth or espresso bar) or combine multiple services into a custom bundle. Bundling offers better pricing and more value.


Yes — all booth rentals include a curated set of fun and stylish props (no cheap party store stuff!). We also offer custom signs and premium prop upgrades.


Our staff is trained to handle any hiccups. We always bring backup equipment and troubleshoot on-site. You’ll be in good hands.
